Introduction

THIS ATLAS ELITE PUBLISHING PARTNERS DIGITAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF SERVICE”) GOVERNS YOUR USE OF BOOK PUBLISHING, BOOK MARKETING, MEDIA PLACEMENT, BESTSELLER CAMPAIGN, EDITORIAL REVIEW, BRANDING, AND RELATED SERVICES PROVIDED BY ATLAS ELITE PUBLISHING PARTNERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”).

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “Atlas Elite Publishing Partners” refers to Atlas Elite Publishing Partners.
“Client” or “Author” refers to the individual or entity using the Services.
“Services” include publishing, formatting, editing, book marketing, media placements, bestseller campaigns, editorial reviews, branding, cover design, interior formatting, and related offerings.
“Author Content” includes manuscripts, artwork, images, text, and related content submitted by the Client.
“Book” means print books, ebooks, audiobooks, and other literary formats.

2. Services

Atlas Elite Publishing Partners offers publishing preparation, editorial support, formatting, branding, marketing, bestseller campaigns, media placements, editorial reviews, and related services. Service offerings may be modified at the Company’s discretion and may be offered through https://www.atlaselitepublishingpartners.com/ or affiliated channels.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and ownership of submitted materials. Estimated turnaround times are informational only and are not guarantees.

3. Reviews and Promotional Services

While we strive to ensure a smooth and successful process, platforms such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Goodreads, or others may remove, filter, or delete reviews at their sole discretion, which is entirely outside of our control.

Atlas Elite Publishing Partners uses commercially reasonable efforts to promote books and encourage voluntary reader engagement. However, we do not guarantee individual review placement, permanence, ranking, or platform approval.

Once review services have been completed and the agreed-upon reviews have been delivered, all sales are final, and we are unable to provide refunds, credits, replacements, or guarantees for reviews that are later removed, filtered, altered, or deleted by any third-party platform.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees are due according to the selected service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests, if considered, must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of service delivery and are subject to Company review and sole discretion. Refund approvals, if granted, may be prorated and apply only to undelivered portions of services.

5. Copyright and Ownership

Clients retain ownership and copyright of their manuscripts and Author Content. Atlas Elite Publishing Partners claims no ownership over Client intellectual property.

Clients grant Atlas Elite Publishing Partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use project materials solely for fulfilling contracted services and, where approved, portfolio or promotional purposes.

6. Content Policy

Atlas Elite Publishing Partners reserves the right to refuse services involving unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content.

7. Website and Service Disclaimer

Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Atlas Elite Publishing Partners makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, sales performance, bestseller status, media acceptance, or commercial success.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Elite Publishing Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services or Website. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms or other reasonable business grounds.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as determined by Atlas Elite Publishing Partners’ operating jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Atlas Elite Publishing Partners may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
